Putah Creek is filled with wild rainbows ranging from 8” to 20” or bigger. The big fish we measure in pounds. The creek is a tailwater fishery starting from the dam on Lake Berryesa. The water runs cold and the trout flourish. The creek runs along Highway 28 from Winters to Napa. Some fishing areas are popular – but if you get away from the crowds, the reward is truly amazing. This fishery is a no take wild trout fishery that needs to be taken care of for future generations.
This is a walk and wade trip with a maximum of two anglers per guide. Anglers that are in moderate to good condition will have no issues wading the creek. The creek can be very demanding.

Walk and wade trips are $200 per day for one angler or $275 per day for two anglers for 6 hours of fishing.
Transportation, a creekside mini lunch, beverages, and snacks during the day.
Guests must possess a valid California fishing license.
Guest need to bring their own equipment and wading gear (equipment can be rented, if needed).
